How to order

Step 1: Complete an order form
Once you know what products you would like to order, simply download, print out and complete an Order Form.
All you have to provide us with are:
- your contact details and delivery address
- how many of each product you require
- courier/delivery charges (if applicable)*

Step 2: Send us the order form
Once you have completed your Order Form, either:

Step 3: We'll send you an invoice
Once we have received your completed Order Form, we will raise an Invoice confirming the details and cost of your order and email it to you.
Our banking details are on the Invoice and, as soon as we receive notification of your payment†, we will dispatch your order.

* We are more than happy to organise delivery of your order, simply contact us prior to placing your order and request a quotation. Alternatively, you may make collection arrangements of your own. If you live in the Johannesburg area, for instance, and would prefer to collect your order, please simply contact us to arrange a convenient time.
